Membership is offered on an annual basis, with an annual membership of $175.00.
Depending on the premium chosen, a special assessment for CAP-MPT malpractice participants of $50 - $150 is added annually.
Fees are due upon enrollment and at the beginning of each calendar year thereafter. If a physician joins with less than six months remaining in the calendar year, the membership fee for the first year is adjusted by 50% of the annual fee.
Groups (defined as those sharing the same tax identification number or those sharing the same office space) may receive a discount on the annual membership fee (excluding special assessments) based upon the number of physicians in the group as follows
3-5 physicians: 15% discount per physician
6-10 physicians: 25% discount per physician
11+ physicians: 35% discount per physician
If one member of the group joins, all members of the group must also join. This fee will be used to offset the administrative and operational costs of CPPG. Many, but not all, of the products and services offered are included in the membership fee.
CPPG is committed to providing products and services that are of value to physicians in the community. Our rates have been carefully negotiated and reflect generous discounts based on the volume we provide our vendors. If any member finds any product or service offered elsewhere at a better price or value, please contact CPPG (link to email here). We continue to provide real value to our member physicians and welcome new product or service vendor recommendations for inclusion in our program.
If joining Coastal Physicians Purchasing Group does not save at least the cost of the annual membership fee, we will refund the dues.
